The Toby’s Awards are the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry.  The award recognizes quality in office buildings and rewards excellence in office building management. During the competition, all facets of building operations were thoroughly evaluated.  Our entry was judged on everything from community involvement to environmental and sustainability management. This is the second straight year that the building has received such an honor.

Upholding our strict standards of excellence and maintaining a truly world-class LEED Gold office building is no easy task. We owe this award to our highly-trained professional and dedicated management, engineering, property services and custodial teams. They are the backbone of this building. This award was also achieved thanks to our tenants who share the same core philosophies and passion for our workplace environment.
