Anna D. Juarez, RPA
National Real Estate Manager
Anna Juarez has over ten years experience managing and supervising leased facilities in multi-property portfolios exceeding one million square feet including fiscal and personnel management. She has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is proficient in maintaining lease requirements and ensuring all lease options and procedures are followed and fully supported.
Anna was originally hired in 2000 as a real estate manager in the Las Vegas office of Realty Holdings Group, which later became Burnham Real Estate.
Anna’s leasing and property management portfolio included the management of more than 800,000 sq.ft. of retail, office and industrial space including a 250,000 sq.ft. Class A office building in downtown Las Vegas and a 135,000 sq.ft hanger project at McCarran International Airport.
She is responsible for preparing operating budgets, CAM reconciliations and monthly financial and lease analysis reports to the ownership entities in addition to supervising onsite maintenance, security and administrative personnel and developing and maintaining good tenant and vendor relationships. As a valued member of the Las Vegas team Anna has acquired experience coordinating an array of capital and tenant improvement projects including roof, security and energy management system upgrades. In Las Vegas, Anna is real estate manager of the Internal Revenue Services building, the Social Security Administration building and The Molasky Corporate Center.
A resident of Las Vegas since 1988, Anna graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1993. Anna has received her RPA professional designation from BOMA International and she also holds a Nevada real estate license and property management permit. She is an active member in the BOMA Nevada, St. Louis and Portland chapters.
Vice President of Operations
Ernest Sinaly is Vice President of Operations for the Molasky Group of Companies Government projects division. Ernest has operational and management responsibilities for all of the Molasky’s large scale government buildings located in multiple states that were designed, developed, owned and currently managed in–house by the Molasky Group. Ernest has a thirty year career in facility construction, management, maintenance and administration and currently oversees nearly 2.0 MM SF of buildings and more than 25 staff members in order to maintain facilities efficiently and in like-new condition.
Ernest is adept at managing multiple projects and has excellent working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), Building Codes, Construction Management, interpreting blueprints and focusing on operational issues prior to construction and finalizing project design elements, managing all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing), HVAC, Life Safety, Access Control and Building Security systems vendors and service providers and implementing procedures to remain in full compliance with ADA requirements at all Molasky commercial properties.
Ernest is also responsible for developing and evaluating all facility operational and maintenance budgets which determine the operating cost and/or operational budgets for new and existing properties and or acquisitions. Ernest also develops implements and administers facility operations and maintenance plans for the company including Preventive Maintenance Plans, Predictive Maintenance Plans, Indoor Air Quality Plans (IAQ), Safety Plans, Emergency and Evacuation Plans, Water treatment plans, Quality Control Plans, Staff Training Programs, OSHA Compliance procedures and plans.
Periodically, Ernest also conducts physical building and site inspections, develops and track punch lists on new development projects, conducts inspections of physical plants prior to building turnover from construction, and implements procedures and maintains property records, handles safety inspections and property inspections to ensure Molasky’s strict ownership ethos and standards are met or exceeded.
Ernest prides himself in his ability at determining precise skill and staffing levels of all facilities to ensure optimal tenant satisfaction while providing for the most efficient operating cost. He determines in–house maintenance and external vendor responsibilities at each property based on building management personnel experience, background and capabilities necessary to maintain the facility in like new condition and cost effectively. Ernest works closely with all on-site building managers to negotiate pricing to fit within budgeted parameters and works with local on-site building management personnel to select all vendors and suppliers to make the facility operate optimally.
His management skills are used to plan and manage employee schedules and to develop and implement a solid cross training program to ensure no employee is irreplaceable. He has developed a true team spirit among our staff, which is essential for keeping the quality of our operation at its best.
