About the Developer: Molasky Group

The Molasky Group of Companies is considered a primary influence in the astounding growth of southwestern United States. Chairman Irwin Molasky holds one of the Las Vegas’ oldest contracting licenses, obtained in the 1950s when he began building room additions and garage conversions.

Molasky, along with his children, strategic business partners and professional executives, formed real estate companies in Nevada and California and started a tradition of quality real estate development and management. Its impressive track record includes an innovative and highly marketable portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential properties.

They built many of Las Vegas’ “first” landmarks, including downtown Las Vegas’ first Class-A high rise office tower, the 240,000–square–foot Bank of America Plaza; Nevada's first fully–enclosed regional mall, The Boulevard Mall, which opened in 1967 with 1.3MM square feet of retail space and introduced Sears and JC Penney to the market; and the valley’s first private hospital, Sunrise Hospital, along with 300,000 square feet of related medical office space.

The company is credited with igniting the current luxury high–rise residential market, teaming with casino executive Steve Wynn to change the Las Vegas skyline with Park Towers. A testament to elegance, luxury and cutting–edge architecture, Park Towers was named by Town & Country magazine as one of the top five residential buildings in the United States.

In 2005, The Molasky Group of Companies broke ground on Phase II of Molasky Corporate Center, bringing 265,000 square feet of Class A office space into downtown Las Vegas’ re–development district. What is compelling and sets this building apart from other development in the valley is that it will have Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building certification. Through innovative, state of the art strategies for site development, efficient water and energy systems, low maintenance materials, smart building controls and other cost–effective services and amenities, Molasky Corporate Center provides one of the highest quality work environments in downtown Las Vegas.

Today the company focuses efforts on building federal projects nationwide. Its most recent building dedication was in St. Louis, MO where the National Personnel & Records Center for the National Archives houses all military records, from George Patton to Elvis Presley to present military personnel. Currently under construction are four field offices for the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Portland, Cincinnati, Minneapolis and San Diego. For more information visit www.molaskyco.com.
